In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will exchange the product within 14 days of receipt of package. Such exchanges will only be facilitated on one occasion.

We deliver nationwide, couriered to your door. Our standard processing times are 24 - 48 hours (during busy times please allow up to 72 hours). Then 2-3 working days for major cities and 3-5 days for outlying areas for delivery.
